Andra Davis close to deal?

Broncos newly hired GM, Brian Xanders has got to be doing something right. Not only has every free agent to visit the Broncos thus far left with a contract signed, but they're also on the verge of bringing in another very solid player.

And he goes by the name of Andra Davis.

Apparently the Broncos are in serious negotiations with him, and possibly on the verge to signing him.

Davis, 30, will be entering his 7th year in the league this coming season, and really is in the middle of his prime. If signed, he's expected to hold down the inside linebacker spot with D.J. Williams in the 3-4 scheme that Josh McDaniels and Mike Nolan plan on running this season.
